Job Description
Simcoe IT invites applications for a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative to support a US recruitment campaign in Faisalabad (near Misaqul Mall). This is a night-shift role, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary: PKR 30,00–50,00 plus $160 recurring commission per placement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, excellent English, minimum 2 years’ experience in international/US campaigns; recruitment or staffing experience preferred. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment, maintaining the ATS, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with teams. In-person attendance is mandatory. Male candidates only. Applicants must be comfortable working nights and fluent in English.
