Job Description
Stardom Now is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to professionally handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, resolving complaints, following up, maintaining detailed interaction records, adhering to company policies, meeting team targets and call quotas, and escalating unresolved issues.
- Education: High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Work location: In person. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs55,00/month.
