Job Description
Supply Chain Services is looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals, preferably females, to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated and comfortable engaging with customers in English.
Key responsibilities include addressing general inquiries, managing sales follow-ups, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic customer service setting, and possess excellent communication skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs50,00.00 and Rs75,00.00 per month. Candidates must reside in Bahria Town Karachi and be available for afternoon shifts.
