Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will manage incoming calls, cultivate strong relationships with customers, and effectively resolve complaints. Additionally, you will maintain customer records and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and a demonstrated background in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, and experience in the Visa Industry is a plus.
This position is full-time, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, and requires in-person attendance.
