Job Description
Vantage Technologies is seeking a skilled and professional Customer Support Representative to handle inbound and outbound communications for a UK-based medical project. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess a clear British accent, and exhibit outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
Key responsibilities include managing calls with a strong sense of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting interactions. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within UK-based customer support. This full-time position requires work from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
