Job Description
WilCare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with related call center experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of company guidelines, services, and policies.
- Recording customer interactions in the company database accurately.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhering to company policies and participating in quality assurance activities.
