Job Description
Join our team at Yes Cart as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for confirming and verifying order details with customers, ensuring accuracy in information, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude. You’ll also document customer interactions and utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking orders.
Qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month.
