Job Description
At Yes Cart, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for confirming order details and ensuring the accuracy of customer information, specifications, and delivery instructions.
Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries with professionalism, assisting with product and shipping questions, and documenting all interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
