Job Description

Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will:

• Interact with customers, providing and processing information regarding products and services.
• Build strong relationships to enhance service competitiveness.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold a positive customer experience to achieve outstanding QA scores.

Salary: Up to Rs75,00 per month with additional medical benefits. Work hours align with US timing (5 days a week).
