Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, ensuring our office operates seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical assistance, including mailing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Maintain effective client communication and manage essential documents.
- Support office activities and manage inventory supplies.
- Promptly respond to incoming calls and emails.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Word and other MS Office applications.
