SKIN XPERTS is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing initial information to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to client queries and troubleshooting common issues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.
Job Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM
Location: Jauhar Block 15
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 35,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
