Job Description
IBEX Global Solutions (Private) Limited is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to become part of our Customer Service team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support through phone, chat, and email communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound communications.
- Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow standard operating procedures and uphold quality standards.
