Job Description
Promt Serve International is seeking a skilled Customer Services Team Lead to oversee daily operations of our customer support team. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service, develop support strategies, and train team members. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated complaints, and promoting a customer-centric culture. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.
