Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Customer Success Representative and play a vital role in our customer onboarding and engagement processes. You will support the onboarding of new customers, monitor engagement trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include developing customer success stories, conducting interviews, and establishing engagement initiatives to track growth metrics. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Rs60,00.00 per month.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
