Job Description
Logix Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for our valued client in the Voice Program. This position is based in Islamabad.
Responsibilities: Handling customer queries through calls, providing accurate resolutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to our U.S.-based client.
Requirements: Intermediate education, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Compensation: PKR 100,00 per month (75,00 basic + 25,00 incentive).
Timings: Evening & Night shifts.
