Job Description
We seek a professional, empathetic representative to serve as the first point of contact for US-based customers. You will handle inbound calls regarding complaints, order status, requests, follow-ups, and general inquiries, using CRM and order-management systems to identify needs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain high standards of service while striving to exceed NPS, CSAT, and AHT targets
- Proven customer-facing experience and excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or American accent
- Minimum Matric/O Levels; strong multitasking, active listening, and quality adherence
- Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends off
