Job Description

Mindwhiz seeks a professional Customer Support Agent for an on-site role in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The selected candidate will assist U.S.-based clients via inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain exceptional customer experience standards.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of customer support or call center experience
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with CRM systems
