Job Description
Grey Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to serve as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide unparalleled support and service to enhance customer satisfaction with our offerings. Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries through phone, email, and chat, diagnosing concerns, and efficiently resolving issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, exhibit outstanding communication skills, and ideally have experience in customer support. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gullberg 2, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
