Job Description
HM Traders is seeking dedicated Data Entry Operators and Customer Care Representatives. This position is open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates, requiring skills in accurate data entry and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and verify data in systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of data and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Age limit: 30 years
- Minimum education: Matriculation
- Strong typing skills and excellent communication
