Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive at 365 Care Private Limited. In this role, you will manage Control Room Operations, handle employee inquiries, provide troubleshooting guidance, and manage shift confirmations. Required training will be provided.
Skills Required: Excellent English communication, data management, problem-solving, attention to detail, professionalism, and multitasking.
Working Hours: 11:00 a.m – 11:00 p.m / 11:00 p.m – 11:00 a.m (5 days with 2 rotational days off).
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. | Experience: 1 year in Customer Care preferred.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
