Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is actively searching for a committed Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will handle customer service inquiries from our international clientele via phone and email.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer needs, fostering trustworthy relationships, and adhering to our established communication procedures.
Qualifications include excellent writing skills, fluency in spoken English, strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in international customer support is advantageous. Candidates with O/A Level education or higher are preferred.
We offer a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 50,00, along with performance-based incentives of Rs. 10,00, in addition to a 6-day workweek.
