Job Description
Company: Capitalwide Services Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Lahore. This position involves overseeing UK operations from our 24/7 control room. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, scheduling staff shifts, and being flexible to work both day and night shifts.
Requirements: Candidates must possess an A-Level or higher education, with at least 2 years of experience in an international call center, preferably in the UK. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a UK-based security company is highly desirable. Strong spoken and written communication skills in English are essential.
