Job Description
We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider, servicing clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and seek dedicated candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Address customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Handle service inquiries, complaints, and daily processes.
- Participate in trainings and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Adapt to various shift timings as needed.
Compensation: Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 + bonuses.
