Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi office. The role involves managing phone, email, and chat inquiries; providing product, pricing, and availability information; and resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Requirements: fluent spoken English, minimum 2 years of international customer support experience, strong multitasking ability, and excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule: evening/night shifts, full-time, five days per week, in-person.
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs75,00 per month plus insurance, EOBI, transport allowance, and performance-based raises.
