Job Description

Organization: Planlab Solutions

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (9 hours)

Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month

Qualifications:

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, or Kustomer CRM
• Minimum 2 years in customer support or supervision
• Availability for night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage email queries, live chat, and calls with international clients
