Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage support tickets and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Provide basic technical support for platform-related queries.
- Coordinate with teammates to escalate complex issues.
- Upload and maintain content on the portal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs 60,00.00 – Rs 75,00.00 per month
