Job Description
365 Care Group Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,00 to 50,00. Full-time positions are available for morning shifts (11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) and night shifts (11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.) over a 5-day workweek.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Control Room Operations, assisting employees with troubleshooting, maintaining the Roster Management System, and prioritizing urgent issues.
Strong communication skills in English and a keen attention to detail are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
