Job Description
Advance Tech is on the lookout for a vibrant and confident female Customer Support Officer. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about client engagement, preparing quotations, and managing social media platforms. We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience. This role is strictly in-house, with no travel required.
Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls, promoting products, preparing quotes, managing social media accounts, and assisting in marketing campaigns.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, confidence, self-motivation, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and social media familiarity. Graphic design skills are a plus.
