Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening in our customer service team in our Pakistan office located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad. As a Customer Support Officer at Aroma Flowers, you will provide front-line support for our clients’ customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inquiries, provide accurate information, handle complaints, and maintain records.
Requirements: Strong English communication skills, multitasking ability, problem-solving skills, and a Graduation Degree (fresh graduates welcome).
