Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers to join our UK-based Food Group. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in spoken English
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Understanding of fundamental sales strategies
- Experience in churn management and debt collection
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications
Salary: PKR 55,00 – 60,00 per month
Office Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Summer), 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Winter)
