Job Description
365 Care Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will assist with daily Control Room Operations, answer Employee queries, guide callers through troubleshooting, manage daily message confirmations, and help update employee schedules via our Roster Management System.
Key skills include strong English communication, data management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and professionalism. This is a part-time position offering two shifts: Morning (11:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m) and Night (11:00 p.m – 5:00 a.m), with a pay of Rs10,00.00 per month.
