Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage our inbound call system.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for issues exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain fault records for respective regions.
- Perform special tasks assigned during duty.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
- Experience: 1 year in a UK-based call center (Required)
Salary: Starting at Rs45,00, with potential incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Full-time position with rotational shifts for males; females only in morning shifts.
