Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, seeks a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls
- Provide online support regarding services
- Follow up on fault rectifications
- Create and close network trouble tickets
- Maintain records of faults
- Execute special tasks as assigned
Qualifications: Inter/Bachelor’s degree, Freshers or 1 year experience in a UK-based call center.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 plus bonuses
Location: Lahore
