Job Description
Authornate Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative (on-site) in our Graphics Department, located in Sector G-13/4, Islamabad.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer support, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Candidates should have a customer-focused mindset, with mandatory customer service experience, and knowledge of graphic design and freelancing platforms like Fiverr is a plus.
Salary starts at Rs 50,00/month, based on experience. This is a full-time position.
