Job Description

Bioniks.org is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative to manage client and patient phone inquiries, deliver timely professional assistance, and maintain accurate records in the ERP portal. You will register new patients, update customer and patient files, and remain informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide correct information.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel), and a minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
• Compensation & benefits: Up to Rs50,00 per month, medical coverage, Provident Fund (PF), and performance bonus.
• Work location: On-site (in person).
