Job Description
Mash Holdings Group of Companies is currently searching for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Chat Support team at our office in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers via chat, address inquiries, ensure proper use of English grammar, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Requirements: Must possess exceptional typing skills, fluency in written English, prior experience in chat support is preferred, and knowledge of finance will be an advantage.
Details: Morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a salary range of Rs40,00 to Rs50,00 per month.
