Job Description
Circle5 is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients in the USA. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO or as a Virtual Assistant. Familiarity with the medical billing industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound communication via calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
