The Customer Support Representative will engage with customers via calls and social media, providing accurate information about services and pricing. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, managing schedules, addressing inquiries, and documenting interactions in our CRM system.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in social media platforms and CRM.
- Must have at least 1 year of call center experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Willingness to commute to Islamabad.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
