Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly expanding Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm situated in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is on the lookout for skilled Customer Support Representatives. We invite applicants with excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with our customers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through proactive outbound calls and emails.
- Identify and create new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential prospects.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor and track sales activities.
- Meet quarterly sales performance targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English are essential.
Compensation: Monthly salary between Rs50,00.00 and Rs70,00.00. Shift hours: 7 PM – 4 AM.
