Job Description
Hurak, a leading UK EdTech company, seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM.
- Responsibilities: handle queries, requests, and complaints; manage classes, exam bookings, and certifications; deliver end-to-end customer service; take ownership of transactions; address objections and enhance the customer experience.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; excellent written and spoken English (US); 0–1 year experience — freshers are welcome.
- Job type: On-site, full-time.
