Job Description
DS Ecommerce Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding service and reduce returns and chargebacks.
- Verify and confirm orders, handle inbound calls, and resolve customer issues.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and reviews; perform accurate data entry.
- Track orders with couriers and collaborate on escalations while following company policies.
- Position based in/near Federal B Area, Karachi. Salary: Rs25,00–35,00/month.
Requirements: Ages 18–25, minimum 1 year customer support experience in e-commerce/Shopify, strong problem-solving skills, fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken), and proficiency with support tools and social platforms.
