Job Description
Enter and Post SMC Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with various teams to expedite issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently during night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
