Job Description
Join Grand City Developing as a Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels—email, phone, chat, and social media—providing them with accurate information about our products and services. You will efficiently resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues related to orders and payments.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience with international clients is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00.
