Job Description
The Grand Millennium Hotel is looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to become part of our team. The successful candidate will engage with customers to provide responsive and accurate information regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Address incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Quickly and professionally resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills in Urdu and English; proficiency in computer applications; strong problem-solving abilities; prior experience in customer service is preferred.
