Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is actively seeking a committed Customer Support Representative to enhance our team. This is a full-time role requiring night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The monthly salary ranges between Rs50,00 and Rs80,00, plus commissions, based on experience.
Requirements: Candidates with prior experience in Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns are preferred. Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
Responsibilities: The position involves managing inbound calls, addressing billing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customers with information about products and services.
