Job Description
HEX Academy Pakistan is in search of a friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented Customer Support Representative. This role serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and tutors, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your priority will be to provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist with tutor matching and manage account-related tasks.
- Support tutors with onboarding processes and payment inquiries.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment.
