Job Description
Position: Customer Support Representative
Company: iTech Solutions
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (PST) – Fixed Night Shift
Saturdays and Sundays Off
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Deliver comprehensive service information to customers.
- Efficiently address inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues as needed.
Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or customer support role.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
