Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at JOBS IN LAHORE, PUNJAB. You will assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and general support for Xfinity services.
Your role includes educating customers, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments. Night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) are required, and weekends are off. Pick & drop service is available.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
Preferred qualifications: Intermediate education and 1-year call center experience.
