Job Description

Mars BPO is looking for enthusiastic and driven Customer Sales Representatives to support our Medicare campaign. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets, directly impacting the healthcare choices available to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales.
• Provide clear explanations of Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options.
• Guide customers to select the most appropriate plan for their needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Salary & Benefits: 50,00 – 70,00 PKR with additional performance-based commissions.
