Job Description
Planlab Solutions is currently hiring a Customer Support Representative for the night shift at our office located on Model Town Link Road, Lahore. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or supervisory roles.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing email inquiries, live chats, and phone calls with our international clients. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential, along with experience in CRM tools such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
