Job Description
Potato Logics seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative (female) to provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, delivering accurate product and policy information, and coordinating with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of customer service experience accepted
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Availability for nontraditional hours; must commute to or relocate to Lahore before start
One on-site position available. Competitive market salary; typical pay Rs30,00–35,00/month.
